HAPPY TEACHER'S DAY!~ ;)

seriously, ACES (All Children Exercising Simultaneously) Day should be called ATES (All TEACHERS Exercising Simultaneoulsy) day! ~

for ACES today, only the principals, teachers and us, dancers were enthusiastic only. The rest couldn't give any fuck about it. (maybe a few others among the crowd were joining in the fun too. i may be wrong.)

it's like so fucking lack of respect and co-operation. first you people refused to do it during PE, then you laugh at your teachers and fellow saints on ACES itself. it's your LAST ACES Day PEOPLE! next year this time, we'll be doing our prelims. then as we move on, the gals will move on to uni and the guys to NS. you think they'll have ACES then?! and even so, by that time, we won't be CHILDREN anymore. If that's how you wanted ACES to be like today, you've got your wish.

Trust me, you'll regret as you grow older. Mark my words, till the day you think about all these again, it'll be too late.

And you think we like to learn this type of spastic dance and teach it to the whole school?! you people have seen us and you know our standards. you think we like wasting our precious time choreographing,  learning and teaching all these? Can' t you people just co-operate FOR ONCE? Insensitive, rude bunch of neighbourhood wimps.

It's time to reflect man... This is not the way. This is NOT the way...

well, i kinda lost many chain of thoughts that i had a few hours ago when i was coming home on the train...

VK, no, i'm not angry at you. I'm just really pissed that people can get so darn irresponsible at times. it really just irritates the shit outta me. It's like why can't people these days have more responsibitiy man?! Sorry to have scared you just now dearie. We're still good PDD-cum-bitching partners and friends ;)

That's that... Oh yeah. I was just reminded how people in SA these days are just so damn shallow. As if they haven't seen so many things before. People should start opening up, especially their eyes to see how the world is revolving and changing. Life's not just about themselves you know.

Seriously, people should just grow up and respect others' freedom of choice too. Just becoz some people doesn't look the same, wear the same, like the same or what have you, they discriminate. They look at you in a different light. They label. They make fun. They despise. They abhor. Narrow-minded, disgusting.

However, there's always this splinter group out there, who're much more grown up, much matured in their thinking. They share. They love. They admire. They respect. Isn't that how life's supposed to be?

well, to start off, lunch at Cafe Cartel with Michael was great!~

yeah. now you compare my lunch and dinner...

then it was time to flash the pass to get my ass back to the backstage of Esplanade!~ YAY!~ =D

and i thought everyone would already be in their rooms. how wrong...

oh well, waiting for rehearsal to start after we got access to our rooms, PROJECT PWAMPW CONTINUES!!!~ =)

and seriously, I LOVE THE RED COUCH IN THE ROOM ;)

it was still hurting, i was still limping...

BUT THE SHOW HAD TO GO ON =)

PERSEVERE... ;)

then it was time we finally started preparing for the actual show...

yeah. IT WAS TIME TO LOOK PRETTY AGAIN!~ =D

DIVALICIOUS!~ ;)

and since i've got spare time...

it's definitely time for PROJECT PWAMPW again!~ ;)

and i finally caught hold of 2 alumni to photo whore with!~ they seem so busy... anyway, thanks to Kelly and Jackie!~ =)

all the months of hard work, effort, sweat, tears, laughter, blood, joy...

ALL WAS WORTHED IT =)

WE ONLY LIVE IT THROUGH ONCE. AND WE MAKE THE BEST OUT OF IT =)

and after curtain call, everyone was jumping with joy, embracing each other with laughter, tears and sweat...

then came the teachers shouting...

"Quick, we only have half an hour to clear the place!"

and the mad rush began...

well, i had to clear the costumes, clean off make up and clear the room before i could leave...

a last glimpse of the room before leaving...

and then off i went, leaving the backstage of Esplanade Theatre that's filled with a bank of memories...

As DAY ONE @ the Esplanade starts...

PROJECT PWAMPH (Photo Whoring And More Photo Whoring) debuts!!!~ ;)

yeah. i guess the camera's one of the most essential tool to dancers in SA ;)

YAY!~ i finally got my pass!~ YIPEE!~ =D

then we moved off to the backstage area, carrying all our luggages full of costumes =D

then came the ROOM ALLOCATION!~

us lucky j1 boys get to enjoy one of the VIP rooms alongside with the seniors and a few other j1 gals!

then PROJECT PWAMPW CONTINUES as all of us went on ROOM VISITS!~ =D

after all the woo-has, we finally went on with the lighting and blocking rehearsal on stage and managed to get some work done =)

haha. well, i eat almost anything. the food didn't really taste good but well, it's still FOOD!~ and since Khaireen couldn't finish her share, i helped her finish it ;P

NAP TIME followed after lunch of coz ;)

oh yeah. disgusting but did i mention that my blisters got so bad that i couldn't even dance proper.

i limped ever since i used a pin to poke the blisterS. yeah. i know i'm dumb but that's what people told me to do me =/

nevertheless, the rehearsal has to go on...

so i PERSERVERED...

then it was time to make all ourselves look pretty with all the stage make up ;)
(yeah. even us guys were busy trying to look pretty. look at Dominic. isn't he pretty ;P)

gosh. some people told me that i looked so DIVA-lish. sheesh. but i think the dark eyes did visually enlarged my eyes but i think i look as if i lost sleep for ONE YEAR!~ =/

sheesh. did i mention that the broadway-y lights of the dressing table could BBQ you alive!~ HOT!!!~~~

then the clock strucked 10 and by then all Cinder-dancers were outta the backstage, getting our asses home to rest for the BIG THING the next day...

and guess what, i was still limping =/
